    Kevin stepped in at short notice for workshop on organizational design and was able to successfully bring the months-long process to close. He did so in way that provided participants with safe space without shying away from confronting uncomfortable truths. 

    How I work with Companies

    Companies usually find me through personal recommendations or networks like Campus Founders. This collaboration is a matter of the heart for me – I work pro bono because I want to support founders and leaders in making their visions a reality.

    We start with a get-to-know-you session where we evaluate together whether organizational development is currently the right focus for your organization. Not every growth stage requires this perspective, and sometimes other topics are more urgent. If we find that it fits, we design a collaboration model that suits your current situation.

    In some cases, a more binding collaboration can be useful - for example, if leaders rely on certain work contents or a reliable structure helps them sleep better at night. I am of course happy about every company in whose success I am involved. However, a stake in the company is never a prerequisite for our collaboration.
